How it works

1. Purchase the RespiCOz Kit

Place an eligible company purchase through our official sales channel (currently company website only).

2. Evaluate it for 15 days

Use the kit for up to 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.

3. Notify us within the guarantee period

If you determine that RespiCOz is not the right fit for your requirements, inform us within the 15-day period.

4. Return the kit

Once you email us a formal return request within the 15-day period, we will schedule a return pickup from your facility. Please ensure the device, all original packaging, and all reusable accessories originally supplied with the kit are securely packed in good working order, free from physical damage.

5. Receive your refund

After inspection and approval, we will process the refund within 7-14 business days, excluding the cost of any opened or used disposable items.

• The guarantee is valid for 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.

• To initiate a return, the customer must email a formal return request, including the original purchase invoice, to [email protected] before the 15-day evaluation period expires.

• The offer is valid for eligible purchases made on or before 31st December 2026, 11:59 PM IST.

• To be eligible for a full refund, the returned kit must include the device, all original packaging, and reusable accessories in good working order, free from physical damage, fluid ingress, or misuse.

• The refund strictly excludes the cost of any opened or used disposable items.

• Brainiac Healthcare Private Limited reserves the right to issue a partial refund, deducting the replacement cost of any missing reusable accessories or components from the total refund amount.

• Prior to return pickup, the customer must ensure the device is surface-decontaminated and free of any biohazards.

• In the event of an eligible return, Brainiac Healthcare Private Limited will schedule and coordinate the return pickup from the customer’s location.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days following the successful inspection of the returned kit. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment or direct bank transfer to the purchasing entity’s account.

• Jurisdiction: This guarantee is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
